Are you still seeing clients during COVID-19 shutdowns? 

Yes, I am seeing clients online over a secure, Hippa-approved medium to insure your confidentiality 

How long are your sessions? 

Sessions generally run for 50 minutes. If you do need more time, you will be billed for any time over 60 minutes on a pro-rated basis and I will discuss with you before continuing.

I also offer a new 30 minute Restore, Refresh and Reframe session to deal with the stress and anxiety of COVID-19. 


Do you accept insurance?

Currently I accept Tri Care as an approved out of network provider.

For all others, if you have PPO insurance I can provide a superbill to allow you to get reimbursed from insurance as an out of network provider. Please contact your insurance provider before we meet and see my fees page for more information about helpful questions to ask. 

Do you offer sliding scale appointments? 

I do accept a certain number of clients on a sliding scale basis. If money is a concern, please let me know when you call and I will share sliding scale criteria with you. 

Do you offer evening and weekend hours?

I offer several slots in the evening and on Saturday mornings.
