Frequently Asked Questions:

Are you still seeing clients during COVID-19 shutdowns? 

Yes, I am seeing clients online over a secure, Hippa-approved medium to insure your confidentiality. We also see clients in person if they are fully vaccinated and comfortable with wearing masks in session. 

How long are your sessions? 

Sessions generally run for 50 minutes. If you do need more time, you will be billed for any time over 60 minutes on a pro-rated basis and I will discuss with you before continuing.

 

Do you accept insurance?

Currently Christine accepts Tri Care as an approved out of network provider.

For all others, if you have PPO insurance we can provide a superbill to allow you to get reimbursed from insurance as an out of network provider. Please contact your insurance provider before we meet and see my fees page for more information about helpful questions to ask. 

Do you offer sliding scale appointments? 

I do accept a certain number of clients on a sliding scale basis. If money is a concern, please let me know when you call and I will share sliding scale criteria with you. 

Do you offer evening and weekend hours?

Crista offers several slots in the evening and on weekends.
